Tiger Private is seeking a Temporary Nanny to join a high-profile private family from India, currently based in Marylebone, London.

This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and running until 15th October, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced nanny who is confident working within an HNW private household and alongside another nanny.

The successful candidate will share responsibility for the care of three young children – a three-year-old and two young twins. The primary focus of the role will be supporting the care of the three-year-old, ensuring they are engaged, happy and well cared for throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, nurturing and engaging care for the three-year-old.
  
  
• Planning and organising age-appropriate activities and outings around London, including educational, creative and recreational activities.
  
  
• Supporting with the care of the twins when required, working closely with the other nanny as part of a collaborative childcare team.
  
  
• Assisting with the children’s daily routines, including bath time, mealtimes and bedtime.
  
  
• Preparing simple, healthy and child-friendly meals and snacks.
  
  
• Assisting with grocery shopping and sourcing ingredients for the children’s meals.
  
  
• Keeping the children’s areas, toys and belongings organised and tidy.
  
  
• Ensuring the children’s routines are maintained consistently and calmly.
  
  
• Working closely and respectfully with the family and other household staff.
  
  
• Providing a warm, professional and discreet presence within the household at all times.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate: The family is looking for an experienced, warm and reliable nanny who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is confident managing the needs of a three-year-old. The successful candidate will be proactive and engaging, with the ability to create fun and stimulating activities while also maintaining structure and routine.

Previous experience working with high profile family is imperative. The nanny should be comfortable hitting the ground running, and also taking direction when required and adapting to the needs of a busy private household.

A good knowledge of London and local child-friendly activities would be highly beneficial, as the role will involve taking the three-year-old out and about and creating an engaging daily schedule.

The family is looking for someone who is discreet, flexible, organised and genuinely nurturing, with excellent standards of childcare and a professional approach.
