Venue Partnerships Manager - New Business - #2155205

SW London | Competitive salary + uncapped commission

We're working with a growing independent luxury lifestyle media business looking for an experienced Venue Partnerships Manager to join its commercial team.

This is a hands-on sales role, focused on building relationships with restaurants, bars, hotels and destinations and creating commercial partnerships across digital content, social, email and display.

You'll own the full sales cycle, including:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with senior venue and agency contacts.
• Creating and pitching tailored commercial packages.
• Negotiating and closing new partnerships.
• Managing campaigns through to delivery, working with editorial, creative and social teams.
• Using campaign results to drive repeat and renewal business.
• Keeping up with hospitality trends and new openings to identify opportunities.

You'll have 3-5+ years' experience in digital media sales, hospitality partnerships, branded content or a similar commercial role, with a proven track record of winning new business.

We're looking for someone who has:

• An existing network across hospitality, venues, agencies or lifestyle brands.
• Strong new business and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence pitching to senior decision-makers and negotiating deals.
• A resilient, proactive approach to sales.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, London and digital media.
