Finance Procurement Coordinator - #2155223
Syntro Partners
We are working with an established, design-led interiors business to recruit a Finance Procurement Coordinator to join their team in South West London.
This is a varied, project-based role sitting across finance, procurement and project coordination. Rather than being a traditional accounts position, you will support the financial delivery of interior projects from the initial procurement stages through to final reconciliation.
Working closely with Finance, Procurement and Project Management teams, you will help ensure projects are accurately costed, reported and financially controlled throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation of procurement contracts, project budgets and payment schedules
- Maintaining project planners and ensuring financial information remains accurate and up to date
- Producing monthly financial summaries and monitoring project costs, revenue and margins
- Raising and checking invoices and supporting supplier payment runs
- Reconciling project bank accounts and purchase invoices
- Tracking project spend and identifying variances against budgets
- Supporting month-end reporting and correcting any financial discrepancies
- Preparing final project reconciliations and expenditure reports
- Working closely with Procurement and Project teams around deliveries, logistics and project costs
- Supporting VAT, customs and international project requirements where required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all outstanding project costs are captured and recharged correctly
The role has significant involvement in project reporting, bank and invoice reconciliations, margins and final project P&Ls.
About you
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may currently be working in finance, procurement, project coordination, commercial administration or a similar project-based position.
You are likely to have:
- Experience working with budgets, invoices, purchase orders and/or financial reporting

- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial information
