Data Analyst | Digital Commerce | London (Hybrid, 3 days a week)| Up to £40k

We're working with a well-known global brand that is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join its Digital Commerce team in London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience who enjoys turning data into clear stories. The team covers more than 70 markets across EMEA and LATAM, looking at the full customer journey from the moment someone lands on the website to the end of their purchase.

The role will involve:

• Analysing digital and e-commerce data across EMEA markets
• Using SQL and web analytics tools to understand customer behaviour
• Analysing customer journeys and on-site activity to find opportunities
• Supporting performance marketing and attribution analysis
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting
• Turning data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Partnering with the Customer Journey team on A/B testing
• Supporting web analytics QA, including tagging and tracking checks
• Bringing together marketing, customer and inventory data
• Helping develop the reporting environment as the team moves to Databricks and Power BI

We're particularly interested in candidates from a retail or e-commerce background, or from any environment with a strong focus on customer journeys and behaviour.

You'll need strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Power BI experience would be a big advantage, as the team is moving from Tableau to Power BI over the next 6 to 9 months.

Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling are essential. The team wants someone who can explain what the numbers mean and influence decisions, not just produce reports.

Salary: Up to £40k
Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
