EMEA Head of Operations - Options / Clearing - #2155252

CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this prestigious FinTech Trading firm, needing to strengthen their Operational leadership function. This business is in high-growth mode, well funded, and looking to become a global phenomenon looking to be able offer execution through settlement and custody solutions throughout all global time zones on a 24/7 basis. Their truly unique business strategy has already yielded fabulous client wins and profits already. A truly unique and exciting opportunity for someone to work with the COO on building outstanding Operations services for their Options and Clearing models.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has proven experience of leading an Operations function in exchange traded products. Of course preference will be given to those with experience of supporting a high-growth FinTech, Retail Trading or Broker-Dealer environments, but they would also consider those from major clearing functions of Trading Firms or Clearing Houses too. It is essential you have Options (EU and US Equities) in particular, and CCP clearing across cash equities. Should you have worked in a business that has supported everything for execution through settlement and potentially custodial services too, then this is deemed highly advantageous.

This exhilarating position will see you own the Options and Clearing models and relationships, including CCP, Clearing and Market Access across a number of prominent global exchanges. This includes all aspects of trade lifecycle activities for their clients, but also CCP/Client margining, collateral and liquidity obligations, and full responsibility of operational risk, control frameworks and DCM governance.
