Treasury Manager - #2155268

Based in London, you will take a lead in an up and coming tech company team for monitoring our cash flows, with a hands-on approach to mitigating risk and adding predictability to our fast-growing technology business. You will build strong relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders, and be empowered to lead recommendations on best actions in line with our company policies.

As a tech company operating across multiple markets and currencies, with revenue models that include subscriptions, usage-based billing and marketplace or partner payments, cash visibility and forecasting are critical to how we scale. You'll play a key part in making sure the business is well funded, resilient and able to invest in growth with confidence.

We're looking for someone with existing treasury knowledge who is eager to develop further. You'll have access to internal learning programmes and external third-party providers to expand your expertise in treasury management.

• Lead the monitoring and forecasting of cash flows and liquidity across a scaling tech business, taking a hands-on approach to mitigating risk (including FX exposure from multi-currency revenue and cost bases) and adding predictability as the business grows
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Product, Sales Ops, Legal), banks, payment providers and other external partners, acting as the main point of contact for treasury matters
• Make and lead recommendations on the best course of action in line with company treasury policies, including investment of surplus cash and banking structure, ensuring strong governance and controls
