TEMPORARY OFFICE & GUEST SERVICES ROLE
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join our team on a temporary basis.
Dates: Monday 5 October - Friday 16 October inclusive
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Lunch: 1 hour per day, taken around guest requirements
10 working days
- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
- Liaising with our Team Assistants regarding meeting room bookings and hospitality requirements
- Looking after staff facilities, including kitchens and toilets
- Keeping office areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required
We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, approachable and organised, with a willingness to help wherever needed. Some flexibility during the working day will be required to accommodate guest requirements.
