Tenancy Management Advisor
Location : London Bridge
Salary : £28,500 - £30,000

We're looking for a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up into a housing-focused role, with full training in housing management provided, while playing a key part in delivering a responsive, customer-centred service.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
- Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
- Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention
- Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
- Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases
- Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches
- Carry out risk assessments and support case planning
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners
- Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies
About you
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment.
- Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related customer service
- Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
