Looking for reliable people who are ready to work, earn and become part of a growing delivery team in Central London.

Delivery Mates is recruiting eBike Delivery Drivers to operate from London EC2A.

No previous courier experience is required. We provide the eBike, safety equipment, training and operational support you need to get started.

This is an active outdoor role, so you must be comfortable cycling around London and working in typical UK weather conditions.

As an eBike Delivery Driver, you will collect and deliver parcels across your assigned area using a company electric bike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering parcels safely and efficiently
• Following routes through the delivery app
• Delivering orders accurately and on time
• Handling parcels carefully
• Providing a professional service to customers
• Completing basic checks on your eBike before starting your shift
• Following road safety rules and company procedures
• Reporting operational or delivery issues to your supervisor

You do not need previous courier experience, but you must be:

• 18 or over for insurance purposes
• A holder of a UK provisional or full driving licence
• Legally entitled to work in the UK
• Comfortable cycling in busy London streets
• Physically capable of cycling throughout your shift
• Comfortable using a smartphone, maps and GPS
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to communicate effectively
• Professional when dealing with customers
• Genuinely committed to attending your agreed shifts

The role involves outdoor work throughout the year, including rain, cold and other typical London weather conditions.
