Territory Sales Manager - #2155298

Our client, a successful and vibrant business is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Territory Manager to take ownership of and grow the London territory. This role focuses on winning new business and developing key accounts across interior design practices, hospitality, property developers, and project-led businesses.

The Territory Manager is a highly active, field-based role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building face-to-face relationships, identifying high-value project opportunities, and converting leads into long-term accounts.

As the Territory Manager you will be:

• Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities across London, focusing on interior designers, commercial design practices, hospitality, hotels, and property developers.
• Nurture and expand existing client relationships to increase account spend, while systematically re-engaging dormant and underdeveloped accounts.
• Maintain a structured, accurate pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring rigorous follow-up in line with theSales Playbook.
• Plan and conduct high-impact client meetings, showroom appointments, site visits, and targeted walk-ins.
• Act as a brand ambassador for at industry events, showroom launches, and client networking functions.
• Partner closely with internal sales support, design, trading, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• 4 days per week in the field; 1 day dedicated to administration, appointment setting, planning, and CRM management.
• Target of 2 booked meetings per day (8 per week).
• Target of 2 strategic field walk-ins per day (8 per week), complemented by regular phone outreach.

As the Territory Manager you will have:

• Proven track record of B2B sales success within the interiors, furniture, commercial design, or hospitality sectors.
• Existing knowledge of and contacts within the London interior design and property development market are highly desirable.
• Confident pitching and presenting to senior decision-makers, interior designers, and project managers.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and comfortable driving your own activity to achieve targets.
• Organized and methodical with CRM tracking and sales pipeline progression.
• A genuine interest in interior design, furniture trends, and high-end aesthetics.
