Property Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join a growing property lettings business in central London.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to manage customer queries over the phone and on email, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to tenants and vendors.

The ideal candidate will bring some experience within the property sector, strong organisational skills, good administrative expertise, and confident in talking to customers on the telephone to listen to any queries they may have.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient property management processes while fostering positive relationships within the community and with all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help the teams in managing tenant communications via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Maintain comprehensive property records and tracking of conversations on the database
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, service schedules, and vendor appointments efficiently
  • Handle data entry tasks related to rent collection, lease agreements, and billing accurately and promptly
  • Assist with lease renewals, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and report generation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements across all property activities
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operational workflows and improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or property management support roles
  • Familiarity with updating customer records on a CRM system or other property management software platforms
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining professionalism
