Salary: £60,000+ per annum
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm
Location: City of London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner Recruiting Senior Specialist to join a prestigious global law firm on an 18-month FTC, with potential for the role to become permanent as the team continues to grow.

Working within a friendly and collaborative Partner Recruiting team, you will manage and coordinate senior-level lateral Partner and Counsel recruitment across EMEA and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex Partner and Counsel interview processes, often involving multiple stakeholders and extensive interview schedules.

• Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Liaise confidently with Partners and senior stakeholders across EMEA.

• Prepare candidate materials, interview documentation and presentations.

• Manage submissions, introductions, trackers and applicant records.

• Ensure an exceptional and highly organised candidate experience.

About you:

• Ideally experienced in Partner-level recruitment within a law firm.

• Senior-level recruitment experience from consulting or another professional services environment may also be considered.

• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.

• Confident communicating with Partners and senior stakeholders.

• Able to manage complex processes, changing priorities and multiple deadlines.

• Most importantly, genuinely enthusiastic about developing within Partner Recruitment.
