A sixth form in Hammersmith & Fulham is looking for a professional and highly organised Head's PA to join their team for an immediate start.

Head's PA – The Role

As Head's PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Head, helping to ensure the smooth running of the sixth form.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Head's diary, appointments and meetings
• Preparing correspondence, documents and meeting materials
• Taking accurate minutes and following up on actions where required
• Managing emails and responding to enquiries professionally
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Liaising with staff, students, parents and external contacts
• Supporting meetings, events and wider administrative duties
• Prioritising a busy workload and ensuring deadlines are met

Head's PA – The Candidate

The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional and confident, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator would be beneficial, particularly within an education setting. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality is essential.
