Hybrid - 4 days in Office, 1 work from home (none negotiable)

A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury brand as a Materials Planner.

You'll take ownership of the materials plan supporting production in Europe, ensuring everything from product, cartons and packaging is available when needed.

Only applicants that are able to work in central London 4 days per week and have the right to work in the UK will be considered

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end materials planning process across several hundred components.

• Plan well ahead against long international lead times, including suppliers in China, the UK, France and Italy.

• Run MRP, raise POs and manage supplier delivery schedules.

• Monitor material availability and proactively resolve shortages and delays.

• Maintain BOMs, master data, lead times, MOQs and safety stock.

• Work closely with suppliers, production and the wider supply chain team.

• Identify opportunities to improve the planning and MRP process.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in materials planning, MRP or component purchasing ideally in a luxury setting.

• Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables essential.

• Experience with an ERP/MRP system; SAP preferred.

• Strong understanding of BOMs, lead times, MOQs and stock planning.

• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Luxury, beauty, fashion or fragrance or wider consumer goods experience would be advantageous.

This is a genuinely hands-on role with real ownership of the materials planning process, working in a relaxed and collaborative team with scope to develop the role as the business grows.
