London | Hybrid Working | Up to £70,000 + Excellent Bonus & Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Senior Paraplanner to join one of the UK’s leading private wealth management businesses, working with a sophisticated HNW/UHNW client base.

This is a highly client-focused position and is considerably more involved than a traditional back-office Paraplanning role. You will work closely with two experienced Wealth Planners, supported by a dedicated Client Support Executive, allowing you to focus on the technical and client-facing elements of financial planning.

You will become an integral part of the client relationship, regularly attending meetings alongside Wealth Planners and working across varied and often complex financial planning cases.

Candidates must be qualified to Chartered level.

Key responsibilities

  • Researching and assessing complex financial planning solutions
  • Producing high-quality suitability reports and recommendations
  • Supporting Wealth Planners with annual client reviews
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Ensuring advice is technically accurate and compliant
  • Acting as an additional point of contact for HNW/UHNW clients
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior colleagues

Genuine route into Wealth Planning

Importantly, this opportunity offers a genuine pathway into Wealth Planning/advice for individuals with longer-term advisory ambitions.

The successful candidate would initially establish themselves as a Senior Paraplanner, developing relationships with Wealth Planners and clients while gaining further exposure to complex private client planning. For the right individual, there is potential to progress into a Wealth Planner/advisory position within approximately 2–4 years.

Package & benefits

  • Basic salary up to £70,000
  • Excellent bonus potential – typically 10–20%+
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days home
  • Excellent HNW/UHNW client exposure
  • Dedicated Client Support Executive
  • Clear longer-term career development
  • Genuine route into Wealth Planning/advice

Applicants should be Chartered, with strong technical financial planning knowledge and previous Paraplanning experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
