TEMPORARY ROLE - This independent car rental company are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work with them for the next 5-6 months, office based in West London, paying up to £15.50p/h.
Finance Assistant, Responsibilities
- Purchase ledge - coding and posting of invoices to sage, reconciling supplier statements at month end, verifying bank details
- Monthly coding, posting reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts, petty cash, staff expenses
- Producing bi-monthly vehicle location reports
Finance Assistant, Skills Required
- Previous Accounts / Finance assistant experience
- Experience of dealing with purchase ledger and month end tasks
Additional details
- Temp role paying up to £15.50p/h
- Ongoing for 5-6 months
- Working Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00
