We are working with an ambitious and forward-thinking Appointed Representative of HL Partnership, who are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dual-qualified adviser who wants to build a successful career from home, with the benefit of qualified appointments, dedicated administration support and a clear progression pathway.

• Fully remote position with all equipment provided
• Mortgage & Protection Adviser – dual advising required
• All appointments are provided, booked and qualified by an internal appointments team
• Full administration and case management support, including:
• Paraplanner – research and Key AIPs
• Mortgage Case Manager – application submission through to completion
• Insurance Case Manager – protection applications through to being on risk
• Full training provided on the company's FTF Process, a proven advice process developed from significant industry experience
• Monday–Friday core hours, with the option to work occasional weekends with a day off in lieu
• Quarterly team events with all expenses paid

• £30,000 basic salary
• Basic salary increases to £35,000 upon achieving Senior Adviser status
• Senior status can potentially be achieved within 12 months
• Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential
• Opportunity to build towards a six-figure income for high-performing advisers
• 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays

We're looking for someone who is:

• CAS qualified in both Mortgage & Protection Advice
• Energetic, positive and ambitious
• Highly organised and tech-savvy
• Motivated by helping clients while developing their own earning potential
• Confident working remotely and managing their own diary
• A strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships
• A genuine team player who fits a friendly and supportive culture
• Interested in helping people who have migrated to the UK achieve home ownership and build their financial future

The business is highly focused on technology and innovation and is currently developing its own CRM with significant AI integration, designed to support advisers and improve efficiency.
