An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join an established and highly respected M&E specialist, with over 30 years of experience delivering quality engineering services across London.

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of commercial plumbing systems across prestigious sites in the City and Central London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing systems

• General commercial plumbing repairs and fault finding

• Working on hot and cold-water systems

• Maintenance of pumps, valves, tanks and associated equipment

• Working within commercial plant rooms

• Pipework, fittings and associated mechanical services

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently

• Working alongside other mechanical and engineering disciplines

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

The successful candidate MUST have previous commercial plumbing experience and be comfortable working within commercial buildings and plant room environments.

• Has strong commercial plumbing experience

• Is confident carrying out maintenance, fault finding and repairs

• Has experience working within commercial plant rooms

• Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship

• Has excellent customer-facing skills

This isn't a typical FM role. You'll be joining a long-established M&E specialist with an excellent reputation, working on commercial buildings and engineering environments throughout the City and Central London.
