This specialist claimant personal injury firm is keen to hire an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, based out of its London office on a hybrid or fully remote basis. The firm has a friendly, supportive culture and there are good prospects for the right candidate.

The role:

Running your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims and assisting on multitrack cases.

Your work will include:

• Running your own cases from instruction to resolution
• Dealing with claims involving Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents
• Negotiating settlements
• Assisting senior colleagues on high value multitrack claims

About you:

• 5 years’ experience handling claimant personal injury matters, including intermediate track files
• Dealing with one or more of the following, Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents
• Running your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Ideally some experience assisting on multitrack claims
