Senior Property Manager- City Of London- Mon- Fri- £40,000- £45,000

Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Salary: £40,000- £45,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. (Hybrid)

My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in the City of London. You will be part of a team looking after 140 APT properties for the same landlord.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Direct management of the property portfolio
• Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
• Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
• Meeting and greeting new tenants
• Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
• Insurance claims
• Client reporting

Must haves:

• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver and good under pressure
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

• ARLA qualified
• Team management experience
