Are you a Senior Creative Producer with deep experience driving 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and cross-functional design campaigns?

About the Role

As a key member of our client’s international media team, you will manage the intricate creative production process for digital store channels and content workstreams. This role offers the chance to support lead designers in maintaining and scaling global design systems, including advanced 3D systems, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms. You will be at the forefront of operationalising content delivery, establishing critical project timelines, optimising resource allocation, and streamlining complex cross-functional workflows across diverse international time zones. Your keen eye will oversee technical quality control for static, motion, typographic, and illustrative assets, upholding the highest standards of a world-class brand. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver, someone who can identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, guaranteeing the seamless execution of global campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning end-to-end production for 1 large cross-functional campaign alongside 3–4 concurrent smaller projects.

• Partnering directly with senior design leads, motion designers, and external animation studios to establish timelines and budgets.

• Evaluating technical design briefs (3D renders, After Effects, Cinema 4D workflows) to identify risks, time dependencies, and scoping realities.

• Managing cross-functional communications across UK/EMEA geos and occasionally aligning with US counterparts.

• Operating with complete autonomy as a self-starter—building timelines, tracking budgets, and driving project execution without micromanagement.

What you’ll bring:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager within top animation studios, creative agencies, or tech/brand in-house divisions.

• Proven track record in end-to-end production across motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, photo shoots, or live-action commercials.

• Strong familiarity with technical production software (Cinema 4D, After Effects) to effectively “speak the language” of designers and vendors.

• Exceptional numerical ability for budget tracking, cost negotiation, and resourcing.

• High adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative, positive attitude under tight deadlines.
