Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm ( 37 Hours )
Payrate £13.36 per hour

What you'll be doing:
* Manage and ensure customer details are accurate and up to date
* Support the general public through face-to-face engagement, telephone (incoming and outbound) and correspondence in a range of formats
* Use service scripts and knowledge articles to signpost users to the right support and provide clear, specific information-especially where needs may be complex
* Prepare for and facilitate hearings by undertaking relevant administrative tasks to support successful outcomes
* Follow complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly to prevent escalation and updating systems as required
* Process operational support activities using standard operating procedures to maintain service standards and performance targets
* Handle case files with accurate data entry, secure information management, and compliance with retention and data loss protocols
* Support key operational areas including jury service tasks, listing and scheduling, basic financial/statistical reporting, and parts of enforcement support
* Contribute to health and safety operations (under team leader guidance), including facility checks, issue logging and PEEPs
What you'll bring:
* Strong administrative accuracy and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
* Excellent communication skills, with empathy and confidence when dealing with a range of users
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to enquiries-using guidance and procedures to get people to the right place
* The ability to follow processes consistently, especially in busy operational environments
* Good awareness of risk and a readiness to escalate to the Senior Person on Site when required
Additional information:
* Support facilities and safety governance tasks, including issue logging and key/safety related checks under guidance
* Help coordinate diary and provide dedicated judicial business support as locally required
