Temporary Reprographics Assistant - #2159192

Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an experienced Temporary Reprographics Assistant to join their busy office on an immediate basis for 6-8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics and print room experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Managing high-volume printing, copying and document production requests
• Producing and collating legal and corporate bundles
• Scanning documents accurately and efficiently
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Managing courier bookings and deliveries
• Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and fee earners

• Previous experience within a reprographics, print room or document services role
• Strong knowledge of Canon printers and reprographics systems
• Experience producing professional document bundles
• Confident handling large-volume scanning projects
• Familiarity with post room and courier processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Professional, proactive and reliable approach
• Must be immediately available and able to start ASAP
