A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join a large, modern residential development in Wembley Park.

This is a high-quality scheme with hundreds of residents and an impressive range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, yoga studio, golf simulator, co-working spaces and landscaped communal areas.

We're looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused individual to provide an exceptional resident experience overnight while helping to keep the development safe, secure and running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be part of a small night team, working alongside another Concierge and sharing responsibility for the site overnight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm, professional service to residents and visitors
• Managing access, deliveries and resident requests
• Supporting bookings and use of resident amenities
• Conducting regular patrols and site inspections
• Carrying out basic Health & Safety checks, including fire doors, fire alarms, lifts and pool testing
• Responding to incidents and escalating issues where required
• Monitoring CCTV when necessary
• Liaising with contractors and the property management team
• Completing accurate handovers to the day team

About You

You could come from a residential concierge, hotel, hospitality, front-of-house or customer service background.

Most importantly, you'll be:

• Professional, approachable and confident with residents
• Reliable and proactive
• Comfortable working nights
• Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
• Confident using IT and recording information

No SIA licence is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to move into residential property from hospitality or customer service.
