Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an interim Learning Advisor on behalf of a highly reputable law firm based in London. Part of the wider L&D team, key duties will include:

• responsibility for both junior and mid-level fee-earner and junior Business Team programmes;
• project managing key Learning programmes and curriculums and designing, reviewing and delivering a range of content, such as workshops, webinars and e-learning;
• acting as a business partner for key Practice Areas and Business Teams functions and encouraging a learning culture within the firm;
• building internal and external relationships to ensure effective design and delivery of all training solutions;
• collaborating more widely with the L&D team and HR in support of the firm's Learning strategy and objectives

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the team and it is essential that you have experience of design and delivery of learning in a professional services firm, plus the ability to work at pace and the interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with key stakeholders.
