As the Performance Marketing Manager you will take ownership of a £million annual performance marketing budget, driving growth and profitability for the business. You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and have responsibility for multiple channels, including PPC and affiliates.

• Manage and optimise paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns
• Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies
• Monitor budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources across campaigns
• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Work closely with external agencies

Profile

• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns within the retail / FMCG space
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
• Familiarity with paid search, display, and social media advertising platforms
• Excellent organisational skills to manage budgets and multiple campaigns
• Effective communication skills to present reports and collaborate with teams
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing new marketing opportunities

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, dependent on experience
• Fixed-term contract - 12 months
