Sales Operations Coordinator - #2159476

A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join an iconic British heritage brand based in London, working closely with and supporting the Co-founders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and highly organised.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Co-founders day to day with sales, business development and commercial activity
• Coordinating international logistics and global shipments
• Helping to improve and automate operational processes
• Managing inbound enquiries and maintaining the sales pipeline
• Keeping the CRM up to date and coordinating follow-ups with customers and partners
• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
• Analysing sales and market data
• Preparing proposals, presentations and reports
• Representing the company at events and trade shows

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 1–3 years' experience in sales, operations, logistics or business development
• Be highly organised and able to juggle a varied workload
• Be proactive and able to pre-empt the needs of the Co-founders and team
• Be a great communicator who builds strong relationships quickly, both internally and externally
• Have strong analytical skills and be confident interpreting data
• Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be curious, self-motivated and keen to grow with the business
• Ideally speak French, Spanish or Italian
