AJ Chambers are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Associate to join a dynamic and growing legal practice in the heart of London. If you are passionate about providing excellent client care, have a proven track record in private client work and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
- Complex disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
- Senior executive exits and settlement agreements
- Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
- Redundancy/restructuring
- Workplace investigations
- TUPE/employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Advising employer clients commercially and strategically
- Client relationship management and business development
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience advising Senior Executive clients
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to client service
- An interest in business development and marketing
