  • Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Network, and Engineering teams on infrastructure enhancements and strategic projects.
  • Participate in major technology upgrades, platform migrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure infrastructure services meet stringent availability, resilience, and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
About You

You'll be an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong engineering mindset and a passion for delivering resilient enterprise-scale solutions.

Essential Experience
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience supporting VMware vSphere and virtualisation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture and operational support.
  • Experience delivering patch management, security remediation, and system lifecycle management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills within complex production environments.
  • Knowledge of security controls, risk management, and infrastructure resilience.
  • Experience working within ITIL-aligned service management frameworks.
  • Must have an active SC Clearance
Desirable Experience
  • Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud technologies.
  • SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Azure DevOps, GitHub, and infrastructure automation tooling.
  • Ansible, Terraform, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
