As a Senior Advertising Sales Manager on the UK Enterprise Advertiser team in our London Office, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our UK footprint and bringing in new, high-profile enterprise clients.

Joining a motivated, high-performing team that continues to deliver impressive growth, you will identify, engage, and cement strategic relationships across key account teams and brands within WPP. You will bring a consultative approach to understand client objectives, present persuasively to senior stakeholders, and secure high-impact campaign bookings that drive sustained commercial success.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• 5+ years of strong advertising sales experience focussed on direct marketers, brands and agencies. Knowledge of the media agency/brand landscape is essential for this role.
• WPP experience & active WPP relationships
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities and delivering results with an ability to successfully close negotiations with senior decision makers
• A determined sales and networking drive with an ability to build long lasting strategic relationships and grow a book of business
• Strong analytical skills to understand a client challenge, reframe and reposition with a clear product led solution.
• Familiarity, knowledge and existing agency/client contacts across the industry essential, the ideal focus being UK based WPP accounts
• Exceptional communication skills - simply comfortable in all scenarios with a polish to represent Taboola at the highest level
• Strong presentation and questioning skills are essential
• The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques - for example AI, when to use and when not to use

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Senior Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll:

• Have a growth mindset from day one
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure you and the team exceed revenue targets each quarter
• Identify the ICP (ideal customer profile) brands and build & execute a customer-led strategy with the top brands across WPP
• Network extensively, building both your reputation and awareness and also that of the Realize platform
• Present and sell Taboola’s suite of advertising products with a consultative approach focussed on the client KPIs and performance metrics
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service and that we are continually maximising every opportunity
