The business is committed to driving positive change within its sector and is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to its senior leadership team.

The Role
Supporting the CEO, Board and wider executive team, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The position requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage competing priorities, coordinate stakeholders and provide efficient executive support within a dynamic international environment.

Main Duties
The successful candidate will provide essential support across executive, Board and organisational activities.
  • Manage complex diary coordination and meeting scheduling for senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes and supporting materials for Board and leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics and administrative support.
  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Support key projects and ensure actions are tracked and delivered effectively.
The Successful Candidate
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, Boards or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, trustworthy and capable of working independently.
  • Experience operating within international organisations would be advantageous.
  • Italian and/or German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
