- Your own junior production team to mentor and grow

- 5% pension match after three months

- Life assurance, optional health and dental cover

The Company

The agency behind this role has collected multiple industry awards and works exclusively with global blue-chip brands in tech and financial services, producing leadership summits, conferences, exhibitions and experiential activations across two continents. In-house creative, project management and operations teams all sit together, which means production decisions get made quickly and collaboratively. Sustainability and inclusion are built into how the business operates day to day.

The Role

The Event Production Manager / Senior Production Manager joins the technical production team to take the lead on large and medium-scale exhibitions and conferences, owning production from pre-production planning through to onsite delivery, while developing junior team members on larger projects.

- Prepare and control production budgets up to £1m

- Coordinate multi-supplier sites, resolving queries and ensuring build follows plan

- Complete all health and safety documentation to the required standard

- Mentor and support junior members of the production team

The Candidate

You will be comfortable owning supplier relationships, coordinating multi-supplier sites, and managing rigging, power and networking on the ground, with working knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD.

An IOSH Managing Safely qualification, experience with large-scale exhibitions or conferences, and prior mentoring or junior team management are all beneficial but not essential. Candidates from adjacent production backgrounds within the live events or experiential sector are equally welcome to apply for the Event Production Manager / Senior Production Manager position.
