Senior Data Engineer

London | Hybrid (4 days a week) | £70,000 - £80,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer looking to work on modern cloud technologies, AI-enabled products, and enterprise-scale data challenges. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering the data foundations that power innovative analytics and AI solutions.

The Role

Design and develop scalable ETL and ELT pipelines
Build and optimise data models supporting analytics and AI workloads
Develop and maintain cloud-native data solutions
Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes
Integrate AI and machine learning outputs into production environments
Implement monitoring, governance, and operational best practices
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
Mentor colleagues and contribute to engineering standards

Your Skills & Experience

Strong commercial Data Engineering experience
Advanced SQL and Python skills
Experience designing modern cloud data architectures
Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing
Exposure to Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of DataOps and engineering best practices
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
