On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Financial Crime Training, Culture and Comms Change Consultant for a 12-month contract based in London (hybrid working)

Purpose of the role:

As a Financial Crime Training, Culture and Comms Change Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting M&G's Financial Crime Enhancement Programme by designing, delivering and embedding training, communications and cultural change initiatives. Working across Financial Crime, business functions and key stakeholders, you will help strengthen financial crime awareness, capability and behaviours across the organisation while supporting the transition of programme outcomes into sustainable business-as-usual activities.

What you'll do:

  • Design, deliver and maintain financial crime learning programmes, including role-based training and mandatory awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
  • Develop and execute financial crime communications, awareness campaigns and engagement activities to drive behavioural change.
  • Create engaging content including newsletters, presentations, toolkits, videos and digital learning materials.
  • Partner with Financial Crime SMEs, HR, Learning & Development and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are relevant, impactful and aligned to business needs.
  • Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities, helping to embed a strong culture of financial crime prevention across M&G.

The skills you'll need:

  • Experience working within Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk or a related regulatory environment.
  • Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, fraud, bribery and corruption risks and controls.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning, communications, engagement or awareness programmes.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory topics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced change environment and drive successful outcomes.
