Freelance - Influencer Account Executive - #2160796

Contract: 1 month initially, with potential to extend
Day Rate: £200 per day - Outside IR35
Location: London - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Hours: Full-time

A leading global creative agency is looking for an Influencer Account Executive to join its influencer team, supporting creator activity for one of the world's largest beauty and cosmetics groups across its portfolio of globally recognised brands.

This is a hands-on campaign delivery role, ideal for someone with solid influencer marketing experience who is confident managing creators, coordinating multiple campaign workstreams and working within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of influencer and creator campaigns, from initial brief through to activation and reporting.
• Managing creator research, identification and outreach, helping build relevant talent recommendations against campaign objectives.
• Coordinating creator negotiations, contracts, briefing, content submissions, feedback and approvals.
• Building strong day-to-day relationships with creators, talent managers and agents.
• Tracking campaign timelines, deliverables and budgets to ensure activity remains on schedule.
• Supporting campaign reporting and gathering performance insights across platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
• Working closely with account, strategy, creative and production teams across multiple campaign workstreams.

We're looking for someone with previous influencer/creator marketing experience, ideally gained within an agency environment. You'll need to be highly organised, confident communicating directly with creators and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance or other major consumer brands would be particularly relevant.
