Day Rate: £425 per day - Outside IR35
Location: London - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office
Hours: Full-time

A leading global creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Account Director to join its influencer team on an initial two-month contract, leading activity for one of the world's largest global FMCG and beverage companies.

This is a senior client-facing position, taking ownership of large-scale influencer and creator campaigns across a portfolio of globally recognised consumer brands. You'll sit at the intersection of client leadership, influencer strategy and campaign delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered to a high creative and commercial standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as the senior day-to-day client lead across major influencer and creator marketing programmes.
• Leading campaigns from initial brief and strategy through creator identification, contracting, briefing, content production, approvals, activation and reporting.
• Providing strategic counsel to clients around creator selection, cultural relevance, platform trends and opportunities.
• Overseeing relationships and negotiations with creators, talent managers and agencies, including budgets, contracts and usage rights.
• Managing and mentoring more junior members of the influencer account team, ensuring campaigns remain on brief, on budget and on schedule.
• Working closely with strategy, creative, production, social and wider integrated agency teams.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and expand influencer activity across the account.

We're looking for someone with significant agency-side influencer marketing experience at Account Director/Senior Account Director level, with a strong track record of managing complex, high-profile creator programmes and senior client relationships.

Experience working across FMCG, food & beverage or major global consumer brands would be particularly valuable, alongside strong commercial awareness and the ability to confidently lead both clients and internal teams.
