Spanish-Speaking Creator Executive - FTC - #2160801

Contract: 19 October - 18 December
Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata
Location: London - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

A leading influencer marketing agency is looking for a Spanish-speaking Creator Executive to join the team on a short-term FTC, supporting a major European luxury beauty and fragrance client.

The role will focus on delivering a high-volume nano-influencer programme, so we're looking for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace against ambitious campaign targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of nano creators across campaigns, from identification and outreach through to briefing, content delivery and campaign completion.
• Building and maintaining creator relationships, managing communications in Spanish and English.
• Tracking outreach, responses, deliverables and campaign targets to ensure activity remains on schedule.
• Coordinating product gifting/seeding and ensuring creators have everything required to deliver content.
• Managing multiple creators simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of communication and attention to detail.
• Working closely with the wider influencer/account team to flag issues, provide campaign updates and ensure targets are achieved.

We're looking for someone with previous influencer/creator marketing experience, ideally within an agency or high-volume campaign environment. You'll need to be fluent in Spanish, confident communicating directly with creators, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience across beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle would be particularly relevant, but isn't essential.
