Are you looking for an opportunity to play a key role in a major Finance Transformation Programme within a large, complex organisation?

Robertson Bell are delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a Change Manager – Finance Transformation on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Working closely with the Finance Transformation Lead this role will take ownership of the people and organisational change elements of a significant Finance Transformation Programme. You will ensure that changes to systems, processes, structures and ways of working are clearly understood, successfully adopted and embedded across the organisation.

The key responsibilities of the Change Manager include:

  • Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans across Finance and the wider organisation.

  • Working closely with senior leaders, managers and employees to build understanding, engagement and buy-in for the transformation.

  • Assessing business readiness and identifying potential barriers to successful implementation and adoption.

  • Supporting the development and delivery of training, capability building and other interventions required to prepare teams for change.

  • Establishing and managing networks of change champions across the organisation.

  • Supporting teams through implementation and ensuring new processes and ways of working are successfully embedded.

  • Monitoring adoption and identifying where further support or intervention is required.

  • Working closely with the wider transformation team to ensure the people aspects of change remain aligned with programme delivery.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have significant experience delivering business change, organisational change or people change within a complex transformation programme.

  • Demonstrate experience across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness and adoption.

  • Have experience supporting significant changes to systems, processes, organisational structures or operating models.

  • Ideally have worked on a Finance Transformation, ERP implementation or similarly complex systems transformation programme.

  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Take a practical, hands-on approach to change, with experience supporting programmes from initial engagement through to implementation and adoption.

  • Be comfortable operating within a large and complex organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working, with a requirement to spend approximately 40% of working time in the London office.
