We're looking for a Business Mentor to join our growing team in Angel, London.

You don't need years of mentoring experience. You might already be working in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service, events or marketing and be ready for your next challenge.

Your job is simple: help people get better.

You'll work alongside team members, helping them develop their communication, confidence, customer engagement and leadership skills.

You'll:

• Coach and support new and existing team members
• Help people improve their communication and sales skills
• Give honest, useful feedback — not boring corporate feedback!
• Help team members build confidence and professionalism
• Lead by example on campaigns and customer interactions
• Support training, recruitment and team development
• Recognise potential and help people progress
• Work towards your own leadership and management goals
