A motivated Sales Negotiator is required to join a successful independent estate agency in Putney. This role would ideally suit someone with some previous estate agency experience, who is looking for a role with excellent earning potential.

Working within the South West London property market, you will assist buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, conduct viewings, generate new business and negotiate offers.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career within residential property sales.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Handling residential sales enquiries and matching buyers to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and following up with prospective buyers
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
• Negotiating offers and assisting with progressing sales through to completion
• Supporting new business generation and identifying opportunities to increase market share
• Working towards personal and team targets while delivering a high level of customer service

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Some previous estate agency or residential sales experience preferred
• Candidates from a sales, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing background will also be considered
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Confident, enthusiastic and professional approach
• Highly motivated with a genuine desire to build a career in estate agency
• Well presented, articulate and comfortable dealing with customers
• Knowledge of Putney, Barnes or the surrounding South West London areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
