  • Following up on enquiries and outstanding bookings to maximise conversion and reduce lost opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and ensuring reservation systems are kept fully up to date.
  • Supporting the development of repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and clients.
  • Handling customer questions, requests and any issues relating to bookings in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team to identify opportunities to increase bookings and commercial performance.
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns, events and other initiatives designed to drive reservations and revenue.
  • Monitoring booking levels and identifying opportunities to maximise quieter trading periods.

  • Maintaining a consistently high level of customer service and representing the venue professionally at every stage of the booking journey.
What You Will Need to Apply:
  • Previous experience within a reservations, events, sales, guest relations or hospitality-focused role.
  • Experience managing customer or client bookings, ideally within a busy hospitality, leisure, events or entertainment environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to make customers feel valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when dealing with booking requirements and customer information.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to follow up opportunities and generate additional business.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using reservation, CRM or other booking systems.
  • The flexibility to work around the needs of a busy hospitality operation, including some evenings and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK.
What You Will Get in Return:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing hospitality and entertainment business in a key customer-facing and commercially focused position.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the reservations function, develop relationships with a professional and corporate customer base, and play a direct role in increasing bookings, private events and repeat business.
The role offers a salary of around £35,000 depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within a growing hospitality group.
