  • Controlling stock, purchasing, wastage and cash handling while achieving agreed gross profit targets.
  • Providing regular performance reporting to the Managing Director, clearly explaining results and identifying actions for improvement.
  • Maximising revenue through proactive sales initiatives, events, private hire, seasonal activity and local marketing.
  • Planning ahead for key trading periods and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and customer engagement.

  • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while maintaining consistently high service standards.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, entertainment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proactive and commercially driven approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
  • Experience managing busy trading periods and a high-volume customer environment.
  • The flexibility to work around the needs of a busy hospitality and entertainment operation, including evenings and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to take genuine ownership of a key venue within a reputable and growing hospitality and entertainment business. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, shape the operation and directly influence the venue's commercial and operational success.
You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team, grow revenue through events, private hire and commercial initiatives, and make a visible impact on the customer experience and reputation of the business.
The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 with a performance-related bonus, with the bonus linked to agreed business and site performance targets.
