As a PA to the CEO, you'll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly by providing high-level administrative and organisational support. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, balancing office and remote work.

This role is within the not for profit sector, supporting the leadership team of a UK-based organisation.

Description

As PA to CEO you will:

  • Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritising and responding on behalf of the CEO where necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support key business objectives.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with event planning and logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Profile

A successful PA to the CEO should have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing diaries, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional and proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
