This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week in our London or Manchester office, and you'll be part of a European channel team, where each channel manager owns and drives their own region. • Experience working with VARs, MSPs, or system integrators
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly ITIL and service management processes, is an advantage
  • Structured, goal- and KPI-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the UK
