The role
In your new role as Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, and you will manage vacancies from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding, with a particular focus on direct sourcing and candidate attraction. You will also partner closely with hiring managers and Partners across the firm, providing advice on recruitment strategy, market trends and salaries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Business Services recruitment from vacancy approval and advertising through to appointment.
- Directly sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Partnering with hiring managers and Partners to understand requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
- Screening applications, conducting interviews and managing candidate and agency communication.
- Providing market insight and salary benchmarking to support recruitment decisions.
- Managing the onboarding process for new joiners.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within legal recruitment, gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Strong experience of direct sourcing and proactively identifying candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers and Partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach.
