We want graduates who can demonstrate that they worked throughout university alongside their studies.

Your previous experience could include:

• Hospitality
• Sales
• Sports coaching or sports-related roles
• Education
• Customer-facing roles

Your degree is only part of the picture. We want to see evidence that you know how to work hard, manage pressure and perform when things get challenging.

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Interview and assess candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships
• Develop relationships with schools and clients
• Source and attract high-quality candidates
• Manage your own recruitment desk
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
• Negotiate and close opportunities
• Develop your sales and communication skills
• Compete against yourself and your colleagues to achieve your goals
• Receive daily coaching from experienced recruitment professionals

You'll be given the tools and training to succeed - but you'll be responsible for how far you take your career.
