Category Manager

Officed based – 4 days in CL

Up to £60k + package

Our client:

• Brand owner with one of the most exciting and disruptive portfolios in the UK spirits market
• Strong international presence across several core spirits categories
• Excellent distribution across both On & Off-Trade
• Fast-growing business that has seen significant headcount growth in recent years
• Seeking a dynamic Category Manager to take ownership of their Off-Trade channel

The role:

• Lead the category agenda across key UK grocery customers, turning data into compelling commercial stories
• Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to influence JBPs, ranging, promotions and retail execution
• Own Nielsen, Dunnhumby and EPOS insights, becoming the go-to category expert across the business

Ideal candidate:

• Proven Category Management experience within FMCG, ideally food, drink or spirits
• Strong understanding of UK grocery retailers and how to influence customer decision-making
• Commercially minded, data-driven and confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders

Benefits & details:

• Up to £60,000 basic salary
• 15% bonus + benefits package
• 4 days per week in a Central London office
