Our client, a highly respected multi award winning, boutique asset & wealth manager is looking to add to their Client Reporting team by hiring a motivated individual with 2-3 years of client reporting experience. The successful candidate will play an integral part in contributing to the delivery of high-quality reporting and support the continued evolution of the reporting capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. This is a business-focused role that works closely with customer-facing teams, investment specialists and operational stakeholders to ensure clients receive accurate, timely and informative reporting.
  2. Support the Client Reporting Manager in the delivery of print and digital reporting to a broad client base.
  3. Assist in the maintenance, enhancement and ongoing governance of the client reporting platform.
  4. Produce bespoke client reporting and coordinate requirements with the Private Office team and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with teams across the business, including the Investment Team, to develop new reporting solutions and improve existing outputs.
  6. Monitor and maintain awareness of relevant regulatory and client reporting requirements.
  7. Ensure all fund and client reporting is produced accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
  8. Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes and client outcomes.
  9. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support reporting requirements effectively.

Experience

  1. Experience within client reporting, investment reporting, wealth management, asset management or a related financial services environment.
  2. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  3. Experience delivering reporting outputs to tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  4. Good understanding of investment products, portfolios and client reporting requirements.
  5. Experience producing bespoke client reporting and client communications.
  6. Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements within wealth or asset management.
  7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  8. Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills.
  9. Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and manage competing deadlines.
