Part-Time Housekeeper – Maternity Cover, St John’s Wood, £20–25K gpa

Friday and Saturday, 18 hours per week, live-out

Looking for your first step into private service? This is an excellent opportunity to join a UHNW family in a state-of-the-art residence in St John’s Wood, working alongside a friendly, hard-working household team. You’ll keep the home immaculately presented and make sure the family have everything they need as the week draws to a close.

Your duties will include cleaning to a high standard, laundry, ironing and bed making, and preparing bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. You’ll also help the team with the family’s daily requests, reheat and serve meals prepared by the chef, and keep an eye on household supplies so nothing runs low.

The family have dogs, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable around them. You’ll feed, walk and care for them in line with their usual routines, with occasional overnight dog care when the family are away.

You’ll need previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience. Private-household experience is welcome but not essential. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and discreet who takes pride in their work and is just as happy working independently as pitching in with the wider team. Excellent references and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, live-out

Days/hours: Friday and Saturday, 18 hours per week, on a rota of 7am–4pm and 10:30am–7:30pm shifts

Salary: £20,000–25,000 gross per year
