Zest Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent school in Belgravia for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

The role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care, support and learning opportunities for young children.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
• Plan and support engaging activities that encourage children’s development and curiosity.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support children’s social, emotional and educational development.
• Work collaboratively as part of a committed early years team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and early years best practice at all times.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children and helping them reach their potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
